Stopped in for lunch, and our waitress was so very nice. The food was so good. We had the special of thr day, which was a homemade tomato soup with a grilled cheese sandwich on homemade bread with a couple slices of bacon. So good. If you're passing through or visiting Whitecourt, I recommend you stop in. I'd like to go back again for sure.
We were almost worried when reading the reviews...but the complaints about portion size are unfounded. Our plates were piled with food. Everyone at the table seemed to enjoy their meal. I had the Chilli cheese dog which was good... but I would recommend that you ask for the bun to be toasted first...as it was pretty soggy. Over all. We got a kick from the sign out side and the shirts hanging inside.... Come on and give them a try... you got nothing to loose.... prices could use a bit of a scale back... but what do I know about running a business.... carry on
Run by REAL Canadians (if you know what I mean) Waitress with the glasses was really kind Clean atmosphere. Not like most diners now a days. It’s modern but still has the classic dinner feel Food was good. Had breakfast for dinner no complaints here. We enjoyed our food. Would way rather spend money here than at some chain. Prices were decent for today.
First time going to this Diner and found it quaint. They serve homemade food with a laid back atmosphere. Portions were just right and the service was excellent. The homemade milkshakes were fantastic!! Real chunks of strawberries. Can't wait to go back!
Great little diner just off the highway. Great food, good prices, friendly staff. Definitely recommend stopping here if you are passing through!
